Exchange/Return Policy

All garments are custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty Information.

1. Cascade Wear B.C. Ltd. warrants all its products against defects in workmanship and leakage (Gore-Tex garments) for one year from the date of purchase. Any delamination of the Gore-Tex fabric will be covered under the GORE-TEX® warranty. All other warranties are disclaimed and no implied warranties are intended.

2. This warranty covers defects arising from normal use only and does not cover garment, fabric or membrane damage from misuse, negligence, accident, chemicals or fire. Under no circumstances will Cascade Wear B.C. Ltd. be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Reasonable wear and tear is not included.

3. Cascade Wear B.C. Ltd. will at our option, repair or replace garment free of charge if it does not meet this standard warranty coverage. Cascade Wear B.C. Ltd. will repair or replace this garment without charge if it fails to perform pursuant to this warranty. Call for authorization, then return the garment to Cascade Wear B.C.
